• For a valid reservation a deposit of 75.- € must be made in advance (payable within 7 days of confirmation). The deposit will be charged against the total amount of the stay. Please note: During the main season, the deposit for lakeside pitches can be individually higher depending on the length of stay.

• When canceling the reservation you will be charged 25.- € handling fee. If the cancellation is made up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival, or in case of no-show, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

• Your wishes for certain pitch numbers will be considered if possible. As landlord, however, we reserve the right to reserve an equivalent space in our opinion.

• Please note: during peak season (July & August) we will not accept reservations for specific pitch numbers below a stay of five nights. Unfortunately, we can not accept binding reservations for the tent meadow (not parceled out), but we are happy to provide information about the current occupancy situation.

• In the event of an early departure, the fee for the pitch only, up to a maximum of the deposit, will be charged for the remaining period of the reservation.

• Canceling the reservation is free of charge uyou will be charged 15.- € handling fee. If the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival, or in case of no-show, the entire deposit will be forfeite  

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before the planned arrival date. Otherwise the following cancellation fees apply:
  
  - From 3 months before the planned arrival date, the entire deposit will be retained
  
  - From 1 month before the planned arrival date, 50% of the total price is due
  
  - From 1 week before the planned arrival date, 70% of the total price is due
  
  - In case of an early departure, 100% of the total price will be due

• Please note: During the high season (July & August) the minimum stay for a booking is 5 nights, in the low season a booking of 3 nights or more is possible.
